Philip joined HATLEY as a consultant in July 2019, mainly in government relations. With a background in politics and international affairs, Philip has worked for the Conseil des Relations Internationales de Montréal (CORIM). He has navigated the internal functioning of the provincial parliamentary system at the National Assembly of Quebec and his experience has led him to work in the political sectors of Montreal and Quebec City.
Passionate about public policy, Philip studied Political Science at Concordia University in Montreal. He sits as a representative on the political commission of the Quebec Liberal Party and is actively involved in the coordination committee of the Commission Jeunesse du Parti libéral du Québec.
